Zona Mae Waters

Zona Mae Waters, age 93 of Peoria, Arizona, formerly of Epworth, Georgia, passed away April 24, 2016 in Glendale, Arizona. Mrs. Waters was born in Fannin County to the late Walter Willson Foster and Sarrah Davenport Foster. She was preceded in death by her husband John Robert Waters, her brother Claude Foster, and her sisters, Oma Todd, Ethel Matthews, Retha Poarch, and Iva Lea Winters.

Survivors include: sons Robert (Tricia) Waters and Mark Wilson, daughters Charlotte (Doug) Newsom and Kathleen (Tom) Krupinski, brothers Lonis Foster, Ira Foster, and Johnson Foster, sisters Elizabeth Whiteside and Deverda Farr.

Funeral services: Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 2:00 pm from the Hipps Chapel Methodist Church with the Rev. Delmar Davenport and Rev. Jim Dickey officiating. Interment will follow in the Hipps Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers: Joe Todd, Randall Whiteside, Johnson Foster, Gary Bishop, Danny Patterson, and William Cole.

The family will receive friends at the Hipps Chapel Methodist Church Wednesday, March 4, 2016 from 12:30pm until 2:00pm.
