Miss Wilma Eva Trantham, known as "Sis" age 83 of Ducktown, TN, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Copper Basin Medical Center. Miss Trantham was born September, 30, 1927 in Cherokee County, NC to John and Zillie Swanson Trantham. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include: brother, Ellard Trantham of Niebo, NC; and Elmer Trantham; several nieces, nephews and a beloved cat "Louie."
Funeral services: Thursday, November 11, 2010 at 2:00 pm from the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with
the Reverend Ray Hughes officiating. Music was provided by Holly & Ryan Norton. Serving as pallbearers were Jason Hook, Gerald Hughes Jr., Bill Coffee, Jewell L. Whiterow, Mike Davis, and Bobby Witherow. Honorary pallbearers were Employees of the Life Care Center of Copper Basin.
