Willis Henry ""Achee"" Cochran

W.H. (Achee) Cochran passed away Monday, November 15, 2010 at the
Bradley Healthcare in Cleveland, Tennessee. Achee was born July 23, 1925 in Fannin County, Georgia to Reid and Hester (Abercrombie) Cochran. He was a member of the McCaysville Church of God, a WWII Navy Veteran and retired from the Tennessee Chemical Company of Copperhill, Tennessee. Survivors are on brother, J. W. Cochran of McCaysville, Georgia; two sons, Barry and wife Cindy of Cleveland, Tennessee; Randy and wife Lou Anne of Lafayette, Georgia; one daughter, Jannell and husband, Jim Dodson of McCaysville, Georgia. Nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one niece; one nephew; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be at the McCaysville Church of God on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 2:00 P.M with Reverend Steve Land officiating. Music will be provided by DeWayne Housley. Mr. Cochran will lay in-state at the church from 1:00 pm until service time at 2:00 pm. Serving as pallbearers will be Tim Cochran, Marc Cochran, Chad Cochran, Terence Cochran, Jackie Cochran and Max Housley. Interment will follow in the Church of God Cemetery in McCaysville, Georgia.
Visistation will be Wednesday, November 17, 2010 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
