William "Bill" Randall Winn

Mr. William Randall "Bill" Winn, age 55, of Griffin, GA, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 14, 2018. Bill was born on November 14, 1963 in Marietta, GA, to William Clyde & Tommye Phifer Winn. He was a mechanical engineer who dedicated his career of 32.5 years to ALTA Refrigeration. Bill could always be found spending time in the woods chasing that monster buck, fishing in a stream, or simply enjoying the beauty he saw in nature. He loved sharing this passion with his family and friends, who took part in many memorable trips together. Bill never missed an opportunity to show the tremendous amount of love he had for his family, friends, and God. He will be remembered by all who knew him, but especially missed by his daughter, Susan Savannah Winn; parents, William Clyde & Tommye Phifer Winn; sisters & brothers, Diane (Carl) Wynne, Robert "Bob" (Emily) Winn and Thomas "Tom" Winn.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 12:00pm at First Baptist Church Blairsville with Dr. Fred Lodge officiating. Music will be provided by Bro. Ed Lawrie with Jackie Hill as accompanying. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the church from 11:00am until the service hour.
