Henry Cochran Funeral Home announces the passing of Mr. William Richard Gilliam who passed away on January 6th, 2011 at the age of 63 years. Born September 13, 1947 to parents, William Earl & Dollie Richards Gilliam. Member of Salem #2 Baptist Church.

Gilliam is survived by; daughter & son in law, Virginia & William Carter, grandson, Michael Carter, granddaughter, Maella Carter, grandson, Lukas Carter & granddaughter, Jennifer Carter, great grandsons; Damien, Preston & Landon Hardin. Services for Mr. Gilliam were held on Saturday, January 7, 2011 from the Henry Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Norman Stewart officiating. Pallbearers were Bryan Hughes, Jamie Ryan, Ron Cook, Lucas Ryan, Daniel Cook & Ricky Patterson. Interment followed in the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery.
