Willene Wade

Mrs. Willene Wade, 80, passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her family on February 9, 2023, in Blairsville.
 
Willene Wade was born on December 30, 1942 in Blairsville, GA, to Harmon Brown and Gladys Brown. She was a member of Choestoe Baptist Church.
 
Willene was best known for her love of cooking, working in the yard, and most of all, being aroud her beloved family and friends.
 
Willene is survived by son Nelson (Michelle) Wade; daughter, Sonya (Royce) Hamby; son, Alex(Sherry) Wade, and grandchildren, Rani Wade; Ryleigh Wade; Jacob Wade; Wayland Wade; Allie Whited; and brothers Leon Brown; Carol Brown.
 
Willene is preceded in death by father, Harmon Brown; mother, Gladys Brown; husband Jimmy Nelson Wade; and brothers Roger Brown; Junior Brown.

The service for Mrs. Willene Wade will be held on Tuesday, at 11:00 AM at Choestoe Baptist Church Cemetery, Blairsville, GA.
 
Visitation will take place on Monday, February 13th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cochran Funeral Home & Crematory of Blairsville, and Tuesday, February 14th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Choestoe Baptist Church.
 
Burial will follow the service at Choestoe Baptist Church Cemetery.
