Mrs. Willa Nell Boe, age 77 of Newnan, GA, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Kindred Hospital Atlanta. Mrs. Boe was born Sunday, March 13, 1932 in Fannin County, GA. to the late William Nicholson and the late Augusta (Gustie) Garrison. She was preceded in death by parents, William & Gustie Nicholson, 4 brothers; Dewey, Wallace, Kenneth & Herdis Nicholson, sister, Stella Aaron.
Survivors include: husband, Gordon Boe of Newnan, GA, daughter, Karen Shadden of Clover, S.C., daughter, Kathy Saylor of Stockbridge, GA, son, Chris Boe of Woodstock, GA, brother, Tommy Nicholson of Decatur, GA, 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 4:00pm from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. Glen Collis officiating. Interment will follow in Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery of Blue Ridge.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00-4:00pm, Thursday, May 21.
