Thomas Walter Rybicki

Mr. Thomas Walter Rybicki, age 75, of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at his home. Thomas was born June 4, 1949, in Detroit, MI to Thaddeus and Esther Rybicki. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Vietnam War.

Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Thaddeus Rybicki; mother, Esther Rybicki; daughter, Kimberly Curtis; daughter, Kelly Rybicki; and brother, Michael Rybicki.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Rybicki; son, Kevin Curtis, honorary children, Holli Williams, Stacy Watkins, Scott Watkins, Lisa Dockery, and Carla Nelson, brother, Richard (Linda) Rybicki; sister, Christine Rybicki; grandchildren, Dustin Curtis, Corey Curtis, Krista (Brian) Pope, Josh (Brooklyn) Johnson, and Kelly Johnson; and great-grandchildren, Layne Pope; Avyn Pope; Liam Johnson; Alice Johnson; and Levi Curtis.

Funeral Service, on Wednesday September 11, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Cochran-McDaniel Funeral Home & Crematory Blue Ridge Chapel with Minister Elizabeth Long officiating. Music provided by Lydia Long.

Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemtery in Copperhill, TN.Military Honors provided by The North Georgia Honor Guard.
