Thomas Edward Bryant

Thomas Edward Bryant, age 74 of Mineral Bluff, passed away April 27, 2019, at his home. Mr. Bryant was born January 15, 1945, in Murphy, NC to the late Beatrice Bryant. Mr. Bryant was a member and Deacon at Mineral Bluff Baptist Church. He was dearly loved by his family and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include wife, Joyce Ann Bryant; sons, Dean Edward (Amy) Bryant and Jeff (Alisa) Bryant; grandchildren, Cory (Jennifer) Bryant, Cayley Bryant, Jake Bryant, and Hanna Bryant.

Funeral services: Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at 5:00 pm at the Mineral Bluff Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Parris and Rev. Randy Kaylor officiating. Mr. Bryant will lie in state from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Music provided by Lisa Kaylor. Interment will follow in Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers: Corey Bryant, Jake Bryant, Kevin Carter, Jay Hamilton, Joey Owenby, and Travis Bryant. Honorary pallbearers: Gene Barnes, W. C. Collins, Art Kinser, Dereck Stewart, Danny Ensley, Alan Bryant, Jerry Owenby, Stanley Hunter, Nick Dean, and Nathan Dean.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Tuesday, April 30, 2019, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
