Thomas Anthony Maxwell

Thomas Anthony Maxwell, age 30, father of Zane and Chase, husband of Victoria, and son of Tom Maxwell and Denis Gallison, left us way too soon.

Born June 4th, 1987 in Tampa, Florida, Tom passed on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 and will be missed by so many. He was a football and baseball coach at Hayesville School. He touched the lives of so many parents and kids and was looked up to by many. He enjoyed football, dirt track racing, working on cars, making the kids laugh by dancing and acting silly, golfing and working outside. He always had a smile on his face and was always so giving and willing to give a helping hand whenever he could. No sickness or pain would ever hold him back from being the best dad, friend, football coach or employee. Tom was such a strong and loving man!

A celebration of Tom's life will be held at Truett Church in Hayesville on Saturday, January 6, 2018, at 2:00 p.m.
