Thomas Andrew Ball

Mr. Thomas Andrew Ball, age 73 of Morganton, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013 at his home. Mr. Ball was born March 13, 1940 in Newport, TN to the late Thomas E Ball and the late Stella Breeden Ball . He was a member and deacon of Cherry Log Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his brothers Rooney Ball and Roger Ball in addition to his parents..

Survivors include: wife, Christine Ball, son & daughter-in-law, Tony (Danica) Ball, son, Gregory "Greg" Ball, brothers, Hyster Ball, Clarence "Shorty" Ball, Larry Ball, Terry Ball, Jewel Ball, sisters, Gerry Henderson, Frankie (Buddy) Large, Polly (Bert) Trent, Cricket Ball, grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ball and Chrissy Ball.

Funeral services will be Sunday, October 13, 2013, at 3:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Chapel with the Rev. Doyle Davis and Rev. Randy Hughes officiating. Music provided by: Ron Tisdale and Angie Burrell. Interment will follow in the Cherry Log Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include Mark Kincaid, Greg Ball, Kenny Hagin, Ron Tisdale, Jerry Bradburn and Terry Hoskins . Honorary pallbearers: Weldon Thomas, Mick Thomas and Kenneth Chastain.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge on Saturday, October 13, 2013 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm .
