Steven Anderson

Steven Jarrid Anderson, 52, of Murphy, North Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Mission Hospital in Ashville, NC. Steven was born December 11, 1971, in Bryson City, NC to Kenneth Anderson and Linda Jones.

Steven was preceded in death by father, Kenneth Anderson; brother, Jamie Anderson;and brother, Dusty Anderson

He is survived by Melissa Anderson (Spouse), Linda Jones (Mother), Donald Jones (Step-father), Jessica Bateman (Daughter), Angie Freeman (Sister), Dawn Simmonds (Sister), Amy Raymond (Sister), Donald Jones Jr.(Borther)

Steven loved fishing, working heavy equipment, and his favorite past time was riding his Harley Davidson. He also loved his friends and family deeply.

Funeral Service will be on Monday July 15, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Cochran McDaniel Funeral Home and Crematory Murphy Chapel with Lee Tanner officiating.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, David Ricks, Michael Megaha, Cory Bateman, Donald Jones Jr., Shane Dockerey, Zack Robertson.

Interment will follow at Bellview Church Cemetery in Murphy, NC.

The family will receive friends at Cochran McDaniel Funeral Home and Crematory Murphy Chapel on Sunday, 14th of July, 2024 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
