Mrs. Shelly Judith Hancock, age 71 of McCaysville, Georgia, passed away September 29, 2012 of Cancer at her home. Shelly Hancock was born May 27, 1941 in Chicago, IL.
She is survived by her husband, the love of her life, Jerry Ross Hancock and six children, Tamara, James, Joe, Kimberly and Stephen;.a very special pet, Dude, seven, grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Bruce and one grandchild.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 1:00 pm from the Williamstown United Methodist Church with Rev. Leslie Daniels officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to United Hospice or American Cancer Society.
