Sandra Boyce, 79, of Mineral Bluff, passed away, Saturday January 9, 2016. She was born in Syracuse, New York to Charles and Ruth Boardman, July 21, 1936. Sandra graduated from Richfield Springs Central School, and married Duane Boyce in 1958.
Sandra was a foster parent while living in Painted Post, New York, and took in nearly 22 children. Upon moving to Florida, Sandra worked in banking until retiring to Mineral Bluff, Georgia in 2001.
Sandra is survived by her two children: David and Pamela; five grandchildren: Adam and Travis of Georgia, and Kate, Austin, and Shannon of Nevada; two great grandchildren: Maddie and Rilynn.
In lieu of flowers donations to Shriners Hospital for children at 950 W. Francis Rd., Greenville, South Carolina, 29605 would be appreciated. Services will be Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 4:00pm at Hemptown Baptist Church.
