Ruth Mae Harper Turner

Ruth Harper Turner, age 91, of McCaysville, passed away at her home Friday, December 15, 2017. Mrs.Turner was born October 5, 1926, in Polk County, TN to the late Ernest Harper and the late Belvia Payne Harper. She was of the Church Of God Faith and enjoyed working with flowers and watching TV. She was preceded in death by husband, Leonard Lee Turner in 2011, her parent's and siblings, daughter, Sheila Stiles, granddaughter, Wendy Lohr, and granddog, Molly.

Survivors include: daughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Dan Lohr.

Funeral services: Sunday, December 17, 2017, at 2:00 pm at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Matthew McDaniel officiating. Music provided by: Mary Jo Towe and Nichole Davenport. Interment will follow in the Copper Ridge Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Mike Harper, Tim Ledford, Bill Smith, Joshua Gulledge, Johnny Kyle, and Mike Harper.

The family will receive friends at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home of McCaysville, Saturday, December 16, 2017, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
