Roy Dwuane Price

After a courageous battle with cancer, Mr. Roy Dwuane Price, age 64, of Blairsville, GA passed away peacefully at home on April 2, 2025. A lifelong Christian, Roy had a deep love for all people and dedicated his life to serving others.

He began his missionary career with YWAM in Denver, Colorado, and was a devoted missionary sharing his faith in South Asia and North America. In Blairsville, he was an active member of the House of Prayer, where he served in the Children's Ministry, bringing joy and guidance to young hearts.

Roy is survived by his loving wife, Theda Carol Price (Ross) and his step-daughter, Rachel Robertson. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Ronald Price and is lovingly remembered by his mother, Mrs. Judith Mae Price of Ellijay. Also surviving are his siblings: Timothy Wayne Price of Birmingham, Alabama; Jennifer Anderson (Danny) of Ellijay, Georgia; and Jeremy Ryan Price (Mandy) of Chatsworth, Georgia; along with many cherished nieces and nephews.

Roy's kindness, unwavering faith, and selfless spirit touched the lives of countless people. His legacy of love and service will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

Funeral Services on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 2 pm from the Cochran McDaniel Blue Ridge Chapel with Pastor Jeff Olver and Pastor Darryl Flake officiating. Interment will follow in the House of Prayer Cemetery in Blairsville, GA.

The family will receive friends at the Cochran McDaniel Blue Ridge Funeral Home on Friday April 4, 2025, from 5 pm until 8 pm.
