Rosemary Collins

Rosemary Collins, 71, of Morganton, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Fannin Regional Hospital in Blue Ridge, GA. Rosemary was born December 7, 1950, in Mineral Bluff, GA to Kenneth and Elizabeth Elrod Kaylor. 

She was preceded in death by her spouse of 50 years, Carl Leslie Collins; parents Kenneth and Elizabeth Kaylor; brother, Charles "Buddy" Kaylor. She is survived by her children; Tommy (Lisa) Payne, Angie (Michael) Ledford, and Kevin Collins; grandchildren Chris Payne, Julie Payne Rush, Makayla Payne Walker, Joshua Ledford, Savada Collins, and Saidee Collins and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers Dale and Jeff Kaylor; special nephew Daniel Kaylor and several other special family and friends.

She deeply loved and enjoyed spending time with family.  She was a "green thumb" when it came to her plants and had a passion for cooking.  Her puppies brought her great joy.
