Rosalie Morenz

Rosalie A Morenz, 82, of Blairsville, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at her home. Rosalie was born July 9, 1940, in Pontiac, MI to Augustus and Phyllis Meyers. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Augustus Meyers; mother, Phyllis Meyers; husband, Gerald Morenz; son, Andrew Morenz; daughter, Betty Russart. She is survived her sister, Marilyn Mitchell; son, Aaron Morenz; son, Jerry Morenz; son, David Morenz; son, Wayne Morenz; and grandson Liam Morenz. 

Rosalie was of the Baptist faith and member of Faith Baptist Church in Blairsville. She dearly loved her family and enjoyed sewing, cooking, painting, crafting, and baking.

Funeral services will be Friday August 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville Chapel. The Family will receive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville Friday August 12, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 PM.  Intermnet will follow in the Union Memory Gardens cemetery in Blairsville.
