Ronnie Leon Barrett

Mr. Ronnie Leon Barrett, age 75, passed away on March 11, 2023. 

Ronnie was born in Hiawassee, GA to Jay T. Barrett and Ethel Lee Melton Barrett.

Ronnie was known to his family as the "last hard working man," having worked two jobs for the majority of his life. He proudly served his nation in the Army.

He is survived by his son Brian Keith Barrett; granddaughter Bray Barrett; sister Virginia (Arthur) Spiva; brother Danny (Roxanne Souther) Barrett; brother Larry David Barrett; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers: Charles Anderson, Brad Barrett, Chris Born, Brent Willoughby, Kelly Conaway, Gray Callahan.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 15th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee. 

 Services for Mr. Ronnie Barrett will be held on Thursday, March 16th, at 1:00pm at the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Youngblood officiating. Burial will follow at Burch Cemetery at following the service.
