Robert David Beaver

Mr. Robert David Beaver, age 63 of Morganton, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2014 at the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. Mr. Beaver was born February 2, 1951 in Ducktown, TN to the late Clifford Beaver and the late Ethel Farmer Beaver. A member of Wilscot Baptist Church, he was preceded in death by sisters, Dot Loving, and Ann Anderson, and brothers, Chuck Beavers, and Steve Beavers. Robert worked for Pilgrim Trucking in Cleveland, GA as a driver for many years. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was also a graduate of Kennesaw State University. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, playing guitar and sitting on his front porch.

Survivors include one daughter, Becky Beaver of Kennesaw, GA, brothers, Carl Beavers, Randall Beavers, Ronnie (Karen) Beavers, and Rick Beaver.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the Wilscot Baptist Church with the Rev. Eric Davenport officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Wilscot Baptist Church on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please send donations in Robert's memory to 40 Hartley Woods Dr., Kennesaw, GA 30144 c/o Becky Beaver.
