Randy Scott Reynolds

Randy Scott Reynolds, age 65 of Seffner, FL passed away July 4, 2021 in Blue Ridge, GA. Randy was born January 25, 1956 in Gulfport, Mississippi, to the late John H. Reynolds Sr. and the late Eddie Lou Garner Reynolds. Randy grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and attended Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, Louisiana graduating with a B. S. degree. Randy played collegiate baseball as a pitcher for NLU. He started his baseball career at a young age continuing on to his senior year in (1974) at Tara High School High school earning elections to All District Baseball Team and the All State Baseball Team and ending with his numerous collegiate achievements. He had a great sense of humor and truly loved making others laugh. He was an animal lover and enjoyed the outdoors, including fishing, golf and kayaking. He will be missed by his family and all who knew him.

Survivors include: wife, Valerie Reynolds; brothers, Don Reynolds (wife Patricia) and John H. Reynolds Jr.; mother-in-law, Christine Reynolds; 5 brother in laws & 6 sister in-laws; lifelong best friend, Mike Thurman; golf & kayaking partner in crime, Tony Penaranda; and numerous nieces and nephews. In accordance with Randy's wishes there will be no services.
