Mr. Ralph Earl Campbell, age 79 of Blue Ridge, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2011. Mr. Campbell was born January 17, 1932 in Cherokee County, NC to the late A.C. Campbell and Nora Graham Campbell.
He was a member of the Temple Baptist Church and had served in the US Army as a Medic during the Korean War.
Survivors include: wife, Rachel Campbell, sister, Pearl Wilder, brother, Wayne (Sandy) Campbell, brother, David Campbell, nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be on Monday, April 25, 2011 at 4:00 pm from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Johnson officiating. Music will be provided by Randy Hooper: Interment will follow in Chastain Memorial Park with Military Honors by the North Georgia Honor Guard.
The following gentleman have been asked to serve as pallbearers, Billy Standridge, David Bailey, Gene Davis, Brian Herndon, Harold Herndon, Nelson Dean, Roger Adams and Danny Key.
The family will receive friends at Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Sunday, April 24, 2011 from 1:00PM until 8:00PM.
