Mr. Quentin Joshua Hembree, age 92 of Blue Ridge, passed away May 24, 2012 at Heritage Healthcare of Blue Ridge, GA. Mr. Hembree was born October 9, 1919 in Blue Ridge, GA to the late Samuel H. Hembree and Bertha Thomas Hembree.
Quentin J. Hembree was a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII in the Pacific Theater.
Survivors include: sister, Elene Hembree Wallace, of Kingston, TN and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services: Henry Cochran Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday May 26, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Justin Mason officiating. Music provided by Mrs. Imagene Stewart. Interment will follow in Macedonia Church of Christ Cemetery with Military Honors by the US Marine Corps. Pallbearers: Jeff Allen, Jake Allen, Brandon Lee, Arnold Harper, Larry Harper & Lloyd Harper. Honorary pallbearers: Bill Bailey & Dave Senn .
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Henry Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, GA.
