Penelope Signe Pillen

Penelope "Penny" Signe Pillen, age 67 of Murphy, passed away March 24, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Pillen was born December 10, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York and had lived in the Murphy area for seven years after retiring from her career as a medical office clerk. She was preceded in death by her parents John T. Mattson and Jeanne Wallace Mattson.

Survivors include her husband Gregory Pillen and daughter Jessica Pillen of Murphy, son Scott Pillen of Canton, Ohio, and brother Theodore Mattson of Ducktown, Tennessee.
