Peggy Louise Conley

Mrs. Margaret “Peggy” Conley, age 73 of Blairsville passed away on Saturday January 2nd, 2021 at Union General Hospital.

Mrs. Conley was born on May 25th, 1947 in Goshen, OH to the late James Edward and Virginia (Hill) Wallace. Peggy was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Blairsville and loved crafts and sewing. She was a good-hearted woman who loved her family dearly, especially her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Paul Conley of Blairsville, GA; children, Paula Walker of Mineral Bluff, GA and Pam Conley of Blairsville, GA; siblings, James Wallace and Linda Davisson both of Ohio and Les Wallace of Blairsville, GA; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren also survive.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday January 9th, 2021 at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Blairsville with Rev. Steve Youngblood officiating. The following gentlemen have been selected to serve as pallbearers, Paul Conley, Rick Nari, Les Wallace, Jimmy Wallace, Jr. Bill Davisson, and Shawn Jenkinson.
