Pauline Pilkey Potts, age 81 of Ducktown, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018, at Life Care Center of Copper Basin. She was born September 11, 1936, in Cherry Log, GA to the late Eagle Pikley and Bertha Sutton Pilkey. Mrs. Potts was of the Baptist faith she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, nice cars, and good food. She was preceded in death by, husband, Earl Potts, and son, Billy Joe Long, brother, Fred Pilkey, and sister, Lilly Douglas.
Survivors include: daughter, Elsie Fine (Arlin) McClure, son, Danny Long, son, Ray Long, daughter, Wanda Phelps, daughter, Brenda Long, daughter, Linda Potts, and son, J.D. (Pat) Long.
Granddaughters, Loretta Long, Lisa Potts, Becky Jenkins Sawyer, Pam Daughtrey, Kim Phelps, grandsons, Matthew Potts, Brian Long, Andrew Long, Shane Long, Nathan Long, and Coty Long.
Great-grandchildren, Brianna Long, Colten and Cason Shook, Tyler Wade Potts, Leland and Canaan, Dalton, Wyatt and Cody, Lathan, Aiden and Raylon Long, Payton and Raleigh Long.
Funeral services: Monday, March 5, 2018, at 2:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in New Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Sunday, March 4, 2018, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
