Patricia Elaine Whitaker

Patricia Elaine PriceWhitaker, age 55 of Blairsville, went to be with the Lord on June 8, 2015. Mrs. Whitaker was born September 14, 1959 in Copperhill, TN to the late Walter Gleason Price and the late Juanita Barnes Price. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, George "Bo" Price. Patt enjoyed quilting, fishing and gardening in her flowers in her spare time. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and "making memories".

She is survived by: husband, Steve Whitaker, daughter, Dawn (Gregg) Jameson, son, Richard (Heather) Gazaway, grandchildren, Teeghan Annabelle Jameson, and Skylar Grace Gazaway,

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with the Dr. Roger Beck officiating. Music provided by: Jonathan Thompson and Beverly Thompson. Interment will follow in Toccoa Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jonathan Thompson, Nathan Sowers, Matthew Karry, Eric Sowers, Austin Chastain, Andy Gazaway and Lee Rusk.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Wednesday, June 10, 2015, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
