Norma Jean Bice

Mrs. Norma Jean Bice, age 79 of Green Valley, IL passed away October 29, 2016 at Famington Manor in Farmington, IL. Mrs. Bice was born November 30, 1936 in Pekin, IL to the late Guy Roy Combs and the late Florence Margaurite Hinningsman Combs. A member of the Baptist faith, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Heidi Marie Bice. Mrs. Bice retired from Thompson Food Basket in Pekin, IL in 1982 after 30 years of service. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, knitting, gardening, traveling, and her pet shelties.

Survivors include: husband, Kenneth E. Bice, daughter, Diane (Donald ) Lairson, son, Delbert (Connie) Bice, grandchildren , Joshua McFarland, Heather (Jarrod) Flynn, and Zeke Bice.

Graveside service: Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 4:00 pm at the Copper Ridge Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Blue Ridge with the Rev. Billy Ray Queen officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home of McCaysville, Thursday, November 3, 2016, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
