Mikie Bailey

James "Mikie" Bailey, 44, of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, GA. James was born November 28, 1978, in Atlanta, GA to James and Barbara Bailey. James was preceded in death by his grandparents Ruby and Hugh Shelton and Lois and Jimmy Puryear; father, James Bailey; mother, Barbara Bailey; uncle, Jack Shelton.  

He is survived by his son Cody Bailey of Stevenson, AL; sister and brother in-law Lee and Amanda Bailey Dillard and her son Chance Bailey;  

Mikie enjoyed hunting, fishing, and motorcycles.  He was an avid member of NRA. 

A graveside service; Saturday April 15, 2023 at 2:30 PM at Morganton Baptist Church Cemetery, Morganton,Ga. with Dr. Roger Beck officiating.  The family will receive friends at Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
