Michael John Grassi

Cochran Funeral Home and Crematory of Blairsville announces memorial services for Mr. Michael John Grassi, age 75, of Young Harris, Georgia, who passed away on Monday, December 10th, 2018, at his home.

Mr. Grassi was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and had made Young Harris his home for the past 20 years. He was known in the community for selling Christmas trees. Mr. Grassi is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Janet, of Young Harris; daughter, Amanda Lester, also of Young Harris; and daughters Heather O'Donnel and Michelle Feinstein, both of New Jersey. brother, Jonnathan Grassi, of Atlanta; nine grandchildren also share in the legacy of Michael John Grassi.

Memorial services have been scheduled for Saturday, December 15th, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., to be held in the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Blairsville, with Rev. Darrell Shook officiating. The family will meet with friends for one hour before the memorial service, starting at 12 noon.
