Melony Lynn Ritchie

Melony Lynn Ritchie, age 39 of Morganton, GA, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2008 at home. Lynn was born Thursday, April 3, 1969 in Polk County Tenn. to James Barry and Delores Adams Dean. She was a member of Toccoa Baptist Church and owner of Floral Creation Flower Shop in Blue Ridge.

Survivors include: husband, Ray Ritchie, daughter, Johanna Bivins of Morganton, father & mother, Barry & Delores Dean of Morganton, brother & sister in law, Nelson & Carman Dean of Huntington, Ind, step-son & wife, Anthony & Jaimaca Ritchie, step-son, Tyler Ritchie, step-son, Ryan Ritchie, granddaughter, Roslin Jean Ritchie, nieces, Nikki Bell, Wyatt & Magalie Dean, great nephew, Hunter Bell a host of other family members and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 3, 2008 at 4:00PM from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Grady Ray, Reverend Jimmy Ritter and Minister Keith Ritchie officiating. Music will be provided by The Blue Ridge Grass. Interment will follow in Chastain Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers are: Billy Brawley, Jamie Ryan, Roger Adams, Billy Standridge, Alan Ritchie and Anthony Ritchie.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from Sunday, November 2 6-9 PM.
