Maybel Henry

Mabel Isbelle Henry, age 90, of Acworth, Ga, passed away Monday, July 9, 2007 at Heritage Health Care Of Blue Ridge, Georgia. Mabel was born Sunday, March 4, 1917 in Union County Georgia to the late William Albert Evans and the late Jenny Margaret Gilbert. She helped to found the united female workers union in Baltermore, Md and had recieved several rewards for her work. Mabel was a member of the United Methodist Church Of Kennesaw, GA. She enjoyed croching, knitting, gardening and crafting.

Mabel was preceded in death by husband Arthur Henry, and daughter, Joan Jacquline Clark.

Survivors include: grandson, Llewellyn John Clark, grandson, Gregory Earl Clark, granddaughter, Shelva Diane Taylor, grandson, Marcus Samuel Clark, five great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, brother, Earl Evans, and sister, Abby Stokes.

A graveside service will be at held Rolling Hills Memorial Garden Cemetery, in Acworth, Georgia on Thursday, July 12, 2007 at 1:00 P.M.
