Mr. Matthew Eric Stevens, age 36 of McCaysville, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018 at his home. Matt was born January 2, 1982 in Atlanta, GA to Richard O. Stevens and Marilyn Rozelle Higdon Frazier. He attended the Epworth United Methodist Church. Matt was very selfless with his time, his hobbies included helping others and collecting old things.
Survivors include: mother, Marilyn Frazier, daughter, Anya, brothers, Mike Hanes and Wesley Stevens, sister, Cyndy Stevens, maternal grandmother, Rozelle McCoy, niece, Zaina Hanes and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 3:00 pm at the Epworth United Methodist Church.
