Mary Lou Ware

Mrs. Mary Lou Dunn Ware, age 79, of the Hot House Community, Cherokee County, North Carolina passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018, in an Atlanta, Georgia hospital. A native of Fannin County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late John Henry Dunn and the late Amie Allen Dunn. She was a homemaker and faithful member of Temple Baptist Church for more than 50 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Major Dunn.
Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Corban Ware; children: Larry Ware and wife Linda of Cumming, Georgia; Perry Ware and Wife Donna of Murphy, North Carolina; David Ware and wife Kimberly of Morganton, Georgia; Joyce Ware Johnson of Gastonia, North Carolina; Grandchildren: Michele Ware of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Brian Ware of New Bern, North Carolina; Whitney Ware of Charlotte, North Carolina; Kingston Ware of Morganton, Georgia; Sam Richardson of Gaffney, South Carolina; Debbie Barnett of Gastonia, North Carolina. Five great-grandchildren and brother, Billy Dunn of Flowery Branch, Georgia.
Funeral services will be et Sunday, August 19, 2018, 3:30 PM at Temple Baptist Church with Rev. Don Padgett officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Temple Baptist Church Missions, 11 Simonds Chapel Road, Murphy, NC 28906
