Mary Juniata "june" Hunnicutt

Mary Juniata "June" Hunnicutt, age 82 of Hiawassee, GA, passed away at her home. June was born in Marion, NC to the late Thomas Clinton and Mary (Hutchins) Lingerfeldt. She he was preceded in death by husband, Norris "Pete" Hunnicutt.

Survivors include: daughter & son-in-law, Carole and Jesse Melton of Blairsville, Ga, daughter, Sandra Harrison of Anderson, SC, brother, Tom Lingerfeldt of York, SC, four grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian) Hooper, Jessica Melton & Fiance' Steven Stover, Blake (Katrina) Melton and Chad (Alison) Harrison, two great-grandchildren, Braeden and Braxten Hooper.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the Osborne Cemetery with Elder Michael Shomaker officiating. Pallbearers will be Blake Melton, Chad Harrison, Stephen Stover, Bryan Hooper, Joe Vartuli and Dan Tulba.

The family will receive friends at Cochran Funeral Home in Hiawassee, Thursday from 12:00 until 1:45 p.m.
