Mary Alice Patterson

Mary Alice Patterson, age 72 of Morganton, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2019, in Atlanta. Mrs. Patterson was born February 12, 1947, in Tuscaloosa, AL to the late Marion Watson and the late Juanita Tierce Watson. She was a former member of the Eastern Star and worked in Human Resources at Blairsville Wal Mart. She enjoyed horse shows and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, James Marion Watson.

Survivors include a daughter, Diana Cruse; son, Laurence (Tammy) Patterson; sister, Carolyn Harmon; brother, Robert Joe Watson; and grandchildren, Lawrence Atherton, Zachary Atherton, Payton Lynn Patterson, Ryley Dean Patterson, and Marshall Colten Patterson.

Funeral services: Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at 6:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. B.K. Miller officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Tuesday, March 19, 2019, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
