Mario DiBenedetto, age 79 of Mineral Bluff passed away Monday, August 17, 2009 at Kindred Healthcare in Chattanooga, TN. DiBenedetto was born January 25, 1930 in Asbury Park, New Jersey to father, Pasquale DeBenedetto & mother, Michaelina D-Agostino DiBenedetto. Mr. DiBenedetto was an American Legion member for 60 years. A Naval veteran of the Korean War and a member of Crossover Community Church in Blue Ridge.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years; Maria D-Antuono DiBenedetto, son & daughter-in-law, Pasquale & Laura DiBenedetto, son, Mario DiBenedetto, daughter & son-in-law, Anna & James Cadigan, daughter & son-in-law, Teresa & Bill Klem, 2 sisters; Susan Mazza & Gloria D-Antuono, 15 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild with 2 more soon to arrive, several nieces and nephews.
Memorial service to be held at Crossover Community Church.
