Luciee Othell Rogers DeLoach, 47, of Morganton (formerly of Savannah) left this world suddenly on Saturday, September 4th. Luciee, as a dialysis nurse, was an advocate for and dedicated to her patients and could often be found on her off days graciously providing needed services for those families. She was also an active volunteer for Castaway Critters and lovingly opened her home to many needy homeless animals.
Luciee was a wonderful Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother, and friend and was preceded in death by her father Clifford Rogers. She is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Frank ("Donnie") DeLoach, Daughter Shelli Nicholson (Eric Korff), 2 grand-daughters, Malena and Ella, Mother Othell Thompson Rogers Scarso, Stepfather Joe, Brothers Greg Rogers (Leisha) and George Rogers (Kathy), Sister Terri Smith (Ricky), Nephews Jason Rogers, Justin Rogers and Josh Smith. A Niece Whitney Smith. Two Sisters-in-law, Joyce Strickland and Jean Gober. Along with numerous other family and friends.
Memorial Service to be held Saturday, September 11th, at 1:00pm at Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions in memory of Luciee DeLoach be made to Union County Dialysis Center Benevolence Fund, 72 Appalachian Avenue, Blairsville, GA 30512 or Castaway Critters, 1732 John Smith Road, Blairsville, GA 30512
