Linda Kay Hedden

Mrs. Linda Lance Hedden, age 64 of Morganton, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2013 at her home. She was born November 11, 1949, in Ducktown, TN, to Orvin and Louise Rogers Lance. Linda was an active member of Crossover Community Church. After retiring from Georgia State Patrol as chief drivers license examiner, she worked as a real estate agent. Linda spent much of her time helping others and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include: father, Orvin Lance, mother, Louise Lance, son, Christopher Hedden, daughter, Lori (Kevin) Bundy, Brothers, Larry Lance and Gary (Linda) Lance, granddaughter, Kaylee Bundy and grandson, Luke Bundy.

Funeral services: Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Cross Over Community Church. Interment will follow in Morganton Baptist Church Cemetery. The gentlemen serving as Pallbearers will be Robbie Rogers, Ronald Dilbeck, Kevin Lance, DJ Davenport, Sarandy Gitanoglou, and Justin Duggan. Honorary Pallbearers are John Gitanoglou and Myron Ryder.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Monday, December 02, 2013 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
