Lewis Card

Mr. Lewis Card, age 70 of Blue Ridge, passed away January 15, 2013 at his home. Lewis was born September 20, 1942 in Patterson, NJ to Lawrence and Anna Sisco Card. A member of the Boardtown Church of Christ, he was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Anna Card, and brother, Lawrence Card, Jr. Lewis was a welder by trade and he enjoyed working on cars and watching sports in his spare time.

Survivors include: wife, Virginia Wiggins Card, sister, Anna Verbiest, brother, Howard (Grace) Card, sister-in-law, Rosemary Card and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 18, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with the Minister David Mullins officiating. Music provided by the church congregation. Interment will follow in the Boardtown Church of Christ Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, January 17, 2013 from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
