Leon Carter

Leon Johnson Carter Jr. passed away surrounded by his loved ones on November 23rd, 2023. Leon was born on July 22nd, 1940 to the late Leon Johnson Sr. and Rachel Chastain Carter.

Leon is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Lynda Bobo Carter; son, Gary Johnson (Lisa) Carter; Gayle Carter (John) Stephenson; five grandchildren; Ansley Trandahl, Alyssa Antal, Megan Richards, Garrett Carter, and Taylor Buckley; five great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Covert, Levi, Caroline, and Charlotte. He is also survived by his sister, Brenda Carter.
