Mr. Larry Dale Byers, age 55 of Morganton, passed away June 9, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Byers was born December 12, 1957 in Copperhill, TN to Frank Lee & Barbara Jean McDaniel Byers. He was of the Baptist faith. He never met a stranger and had a heart of gold.
Survivors include: son, Terry Byers of TN., sister, Debbie Byers Carden of Jasper, sister, Kathy Byers Casias of Colorado, niece, Misty Quintane, niece, Kristi Casias, two great nieces, four great nephews, and numerous friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Buddy Pittman officiating. Serving as pallbearers are: Dewayne Brown, Jeremy Harvey, Mike Dale, Jeremiah Greene, Johnny Garren, and Tommy McAuliffe.
The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 11, 2013, from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, GA. You may send condolences to the family and sign the guest register at www.cochranfuneralhomes.com.
