Larry Burton Anderson

Larry Burton Anderson, age 64 of Andrews, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2013 at Murphy Medical Center. He was born April 18, 1948 in Andrews, NC to the late Luther Burton Anderson and the late Mary Cordilia Blaylock Anderson . A member of Valley River Baptist Church, he enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters, he was preceded in death by son, Larry Duston Anderson, sister, Mary Ruth Griggs, Evelyn Anderson, Bonnie Anderson, Brother, Harold Anderson, Desmond Parker.

Survivors include: daughter, Afton (Tyler) Conner, granddaughters, Taylor Conner, Emery Conner and Harper Conner, sisters, Louise Stiles, Betty Jean Dockey.

Funeral services: Friday, April 12, 2013 at 3:00 pm at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randal Moss and Rev. Roy Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Valley Town Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel of Murphy, Friday, April 12, 2013 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
