Kimberly Dawn Rice

Kimberly Dawn Allen Rice, age 43, of McCaysville, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Rice was born November 9, 1977, in Atlanta, GA, to the late Herschel Allen and the late Kimberly Adams Allen. She was a homemaker and a member of Midway Baptist Church. Kimberly enjoyed music, and in her spare time, enjoyed being outdoors, especially near the water. She was preceded in death by her father, Herschel Allen, mother, Kimberly Adams Allen, and brother, James Allen.

Survivors include her husband, Mark Rice, daughters, Briana (Justin) Monroe, Carissa (Evan) Monroe, son, Blake Allen, grandchildren, Zayden Foreman, Rayleigh Monroe, Remi Monroe, Kami Monroe, and Chevy Monroe, sister, Nancy Allen, step-sister, Gwen Deel, step-brother, Michael (Tina) Smith, step-mother, JoAnne Allen, sister-in-law, Tammy Allen, niece, Jerra Allen, and nephew, Brady (Kaitlyn) Allen, Jordan Crews, and Bryson Edwards.

Memorial Services: Saturday, February 20, 2021, at 12:00 noon from the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in McCaysville, with Rev. Joey Ensley officiating. Music provided by Stephanie, Haley, and Matthew Ensley.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, February 20, 2021, from
10:00 am - 12:00 noon.
