Karen Rogers

Karen Rogers, age 59, of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010. She was born on October 8, 1950 in Hayesville, North Carolina. Karen was employed by Centerpoint Energy for twenty-eight years, as a Claims Manager. She is survived by her loving husband and partner of thirty-eight years, Joel Rogers; aunt, Joyce Bryant; niece, Denise Miles; and great niece, Jennifer Miles.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 27, 2010, at 3:00 p.m., at Macedonia Baptist Church in Hiawassee, with the family meeting with friends from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. at the church.
