Juanita Clark Moody

Mrs. Juanita Clark Moody, age 77 of Marble, passed away Saturday April 27, 2019 at her home following a brief illness. Mrs. Moody was born September 9, 1941 in Murphy, NC to Onard and Dixie Stiles Clark. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Fred Henry Clark and Clarence Bud Clark and 2 sisters, Betty Clark West and Henrietta Clark Allen; two husbands, Edward Astrad Lidseen and David Hugh Moody; a niece, Sheila Lunsford Mull and a nephew, Ronald Glen Clark.

Survivors include: son, William Claude Lidseen of Marble and sister, Mildred Dockery Mason of Hayesville. One niece also survives, Maria Fox.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the Grape Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Shope and Rev. Derrick Palmer officiating. Music provided by Jeff Cannon and Steve Coleman. Interment will follow in the Grape Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers: Chris Trantham, Charlie Trantham, Travis Jackson, James Stanley, Billy Joe Hartness and Aaron Roberts. Honorary pallbearers: Mike Townson, Kenneth Stiles, Cody Thrasher and Andrew Cheeks.

The family will receive friends at the Grape Creek Baptist Church of Murphy, Thursday, May 2, 2019, 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm.
