Mrs. Joyce I. Mulkey, age 63 of Warne, NC, passed away Monday, December 1, 2008 at Mission Hospital. Mrs. Mulkey was born Saturday, May 12, 1945 in Union Co/ Ga. to the late Fred Ingram and the late Stella Early Ingram.
Survivors include: husband, Steve Walter Mulkey of Warne, N.C., daughter, Pebbles Rogers of Warne , N.C., son, Skip Mulkey of Murphy, N.C., daughter, Tiffany Martin of Hayesville, N. C., sister, Jeanetta Cantrell of Brasstown, N.C., grandchildren, 4 Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. from the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the officiating. Reverend Aud Brown, and Reverend Jimmy Rogers, music provided by Reverend Aud and Becky Brown, Interment will follow in Many Forks Baptist Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are: Freddie Cook, Chuck Cook, Chris Robinson, Scott Ingram, Stacy Ingram and Dr. Matthew Mollison. Honorary pallbearers include, Carlton Robinson, Jerry Payne, Ronnie shook, David Rogers, and Phil Denton..
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 P.M. 8:00 P.M. Wednesday December 3, 2008 Cochran Funeral Home.
