Joseph "Dan" Daniel Trulove

Mr. Joseph "Dan" Daniel Trulove, age 78 of Blairsville, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016 at Northside Hospital In Atlanta. Dan was born May 12, 1938 in Hiawassee, GA to the late Joseph Turlove and the late Birdie Brown Trulove. He was a Deacon at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church since 1975, local business man owning and operating Trulove Tire for many years. He came out of retirement to help with deliver's at Hemphill Sideing the last few years..
Survivors include: wife, Lorena Teague Trulove, son and daughter in law, Rev. Larry and Sharon Trulove, sister, Lattie Belle Nichols, five nieces and nine nephews.

Funeral services: Tuesday, September 20, at 2:00 PM from the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dayne Patterson and Rev. Kenny Beavers officiating. Music will be provided by: Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Choir. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers: Charles Brackett, Homer Powell, Parker Forster, Russ Carver, Spud Hemphill and Wayne Roberts. Honorary pallbearers: David Hemphill, and J.B. King.

The family will receive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville Monday evening 6 till 9 PM..
