John "Mark" Webb, age 60, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family in Blairsville, on November 11, 2024.
Mark was born in Atlanta, GA. on December 8, 1963 to the late Jesse J. and Dorothy Webb. Mark graduated from University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Math & Science degree in 1986. After college, Mark went to work for Dickens Data Systems in Roswell, GA. While working in computer technology, he met his soulmate, Brenda Gunter, and made their home in Alpharetta/Johns Creek for 32 years. Mark was exceptionally business savvy and held various positions before becoming vice president of CTS, Inc. He would later start his own business, Edge Professional Services, in 2015. Mark and Brenda enjoyed traveling to many beautiful places and accommodating a full house every holiday. No greater love could be shared than the love he had for his children, grandchildren and wife.
One of his favorite pastimes was watching Bulldogs football every Saturday, win or lose. He enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family and reminiscing on the great times they have had over the years.
Savannah was a second home to the Webbs. They spent every Thanksgiving visiting family for the annual Webb family reunion and enjoyed the annual Ga-Ga Tech game. Mark was an avid golfer over the years and enjoyed any chance he could get to hit the greens with his dad, sister, and son.
In 2014, Mark and Brenda bought property in the North Georgia Mountains, to build their dream home and retire. With their entire family in mind, they built a retreat to ensure the family had somewhere to gather year-round.
Mark is preceded in death by his parents Jesse and Dorothy (Clark) Webb.
Mark is survived by his wife Brenda. Children; Jennifer & Kevin Coppley, Kelly & Edgar Renteria, Brandy & Charlie Stout, Jordan & Sydney Webb.
