John Gearhart

John William Gearhart, age 62, of Andrews, passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at his home. John was born Monday, June 19, 1944 in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania to the late John William Gearhart and the late Jane Hodson Gearhart. John was an avid stamp collector. He had worked as a cook on off shore oil rigs, and after moving to the Andrews area he had worked at the Huddle House and for Dr. Kurti.



Survivors include: wife, Elizabeth Struble Gearhart, daughter, Kim Rogers of Andrews, son, John William Gearhart of Hawaii, son, James Gearhart of Andrews, son, Stephen Gearhart of Missouri, daughter, Judy Stiles of Andrews, daughter, Windy Lewallen, daughter, Tiffany Graham of Kansas, sister, Judy Lewis of Pennsylvania and thirteen grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place and the family is planning a private memorial service.
